We just got back from Destin. We had a great time! We had pretty large group: Me, Shawn, the girls, my mom and dad, my brother and his daughter (MaRae), and my sister and her husband. The girls loved the beach! We had a couple of good days on the beach, and then it started storming. The waves were coming in 6-9 feet high, so the beaches were closed for 2 days. Luckily, on our last day, the storms moved out and we were able to get some family pictures. Of course, the wind was blowing hard, so our hair is quite the sight! Oh, well!
We also took the girls to the Gulfarium. Alivia watched some of the dolphin show, but she spent most of the time serenading me with the "Rubber Ducky" song. Aleigh just ate crackers and watched everybody else. Then she got squirmy, so we played "pass the baby" to every family member.
